The Annual Meeting is typically held on the third Monday in October at the Jacksonville Community Center in Community Park. Please refer to the events page for official event date. Date subject to Board of Directors and building availability.
If you would like to send attachments with your grant proposal, please email them to jvillechildrensfoundation@gmail.com after the grant proposal below has been submitted.
Otherwise, complete the application below. Once the grant application submission process below has begun, you must complete the proposal in its entirety. Changes cannot be made once submitted.
Applicants MUST be a non-profit, charitable and/or educational entities in good standing with the Office of the Illinois Secretary of State. Documentation of current status must be provided with each application to the foundation with the grant submission. Failure to provide documentation may disqualify the applicant from the funding period in review.
Certificate of good standing and any application supporting attachments may be sent via email to jvillechildrensfoundation@gmail.com after the grant proposal below has been submitted.
